SHIPPING & DELIVERY

My order is taking too long to arrive

           We are using third-party providers to ship out your orders, and shipping generally takes from 7 days up to 3 weeks. We do not have any control over the couriers after the order has been sent. If your order has not arrived after that time, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.

Cash On Delivery

               Unfortunately, we do not accept cash on delivery as a mode of payment. We do accept card and PayPal transactions.

My Address

        Items ordered shall be delivered to the address entered by the customer at the checkout page. It is the role of the customer to fill out and check the correct address of delivery during checkout.

PRODUCT ISSUES

​

I want a product replacement or refund

You can request for a replacement or refund in these following situations:

• when we have sent you a different fabric color from what you have indicated in your order

• when we have sent you the wrong design (a design different from what you ordered)

• when we have sent you the wrong size from what you have ordered

  • ​It is the customer's responsibility to choose the correct size that is best for them. We can only grant a replacement when, for example, the customer has ordered a size L and received a size S, not when the customer has ordered a size M, and we have sent a size M, but it does not fit them.

• when we have sent you the wrong type (eg., you ordered a Tee but we sent you a hoodie)​.​

For the situations mentioned above, we require a clear photo and/or video as proof. You can request for a replacement within 7 days upon receiving your order, and a refund within 3 days upon receiving your order.

Damages done after the delivery are not qualified for a replacement/refund.

The customer shall reimburse the cost of shipping in the case of a replacement and refund.

SIZES

​

Do you have any plus-size clothes?

          We currently offer until size 5 XL for most products, depending on the availability. As much as we desire to offer more plus-sizes on more of our clothes, it can be a little more pricey (estimated $33 for a shirt, and $57 for a hoodie) for our plus-sized customers. However, if you are okay with these prices, please do send us a message through our "Let's Chat!" option at the bottom of the page! We will collect these submissions, and we are more than willing to discuss this with our provider.

RIGHTS

​

1. The buyer, or any entity who is or are not official member/s of the Sweet Safe Space board, shall not be entitled to copy the designs, as much as reproduce/apply them into other items, such as clothing, ceramics, stationery, wall decorations, and more. They shall not distribute or sell them.

2. The buyer, or any entity who is or are not official member/s of the Sweet Safe Space board, shall not be entitled to download, modify, manipulate, recolor, etc., any of the designs produced by Sweet Safe Space.

3. The buyer, or any entity shall not use any of the designs to feed Artificial Intelligence programs.

4. ANY products of Sweet Safe Space shall not be posted for sale on a page, group, or website other than Sweet Safe Space and its official accounts and partners.

5. Any article or design of Sweet Safe Space shall not be used to decorate or promote your own products or services.
